The slow over-the-air rollout of Android 6.0 Marshmallow updates to the Nexus line started yesterday. But there's another line of phones that Google's in charge of updating to the latest versions of its OS, and that is Android One. The company hasn't officially announced anything about when or if these would be making the jump to Marshmallow.<br />
<br />
That said, the rollout has already started, at least for first-generation Android One handsets such as the Micromax Canvas A1, Karbonn Sparkle V, and Spice Dream Uno. Update notifications are now spotted across India, so if you haven't received yours, just a little bit of patience is necessary.<br />

We assume the other Android One devices will be next in line for the Marshmallow update, but don't forget that Google's rollouts can be frustratingly slow. The good news is that the ball's rolling, as they say. The update for the first Android One phones is around 330MB in size, as you can see from the screenshot above.<br />

The update brings all Android 5.1.1 important security fixes and improves the system stability. There are no new apps or notable features outside of the ones part of the new Android release.<br />

While the update is currently rolling for the US Cellular users, the rest of the S5 mini phones should be following suit very soon.<br />

The original Moto X from 2013 has been updated to Android 5.1 Lollipop in June. In July even AT&T's version of the smartphone got the update. However, Verizon's model is only now about to receive the new software.<br />
<br />
The carrier nicknamed Big Red has finally approved the update for the Moto X, which means the new bits are now headed to the devices so far stuck on Android 4.4. The fact that Motorola decided to skip the Android 5.0 Lollipop release for the original Moto X will make this an even bigger deal for people who bought the handset from Verizon. The Canadian users are the first to get the new firmware. It is available both OTA and via Kies and weights about 590MB. In case you are impatient for the update - you can download it by hitting the source link below and install it via Odin.<br />
<br />
While the G530W and G530P have been granted access to the latest available Android OS, the G530F and the rare G530BP (TV) models are still waiting for the regular 5.0 Lollipop updates. Unfortunately we don't know any further details on their updates availability.<br />

OnePlus has started the rollout of a new OxygenOS 2.0.2 OTA update for the OnePlus 2. This OTA update is being seeded in phases, and it might take a while to reach all OnePlus 2 owners.<br />
